Country Apron Bakery opened its doors in 1998 on US Highway 160 in Theodosia, born from a simple conviction: that the best bread is made slowly, with real ingredients, and with genuine care.
What started as a one-oven dream has grown into the baking heart of our community. Every morning before sunrise, our bakers are at work — fermenting, shaping, and sliding trays into the oven. The aroma that drifts down the highway is our signature, and it's been welcoming neighbors for over 25 years.
We source locally whenever possible, bake in small batches, and never cut corners. That's the Country Apron way.
